Having lived with the highs and lows of professional sport and the corporate world, I now help individuals navigate change, recovery and personal wellbeing and gain clarity, resilience and renewed purpose.
I spent 10 years as a professional rugby player, experiencing the enormous highs of playing in front of thousands of people and winning 5 major trophies, and also coping with the lows that come with elite sport.
When my rugby carear ended, I faced the harsh reality that many athletes experience: the sudden loss of identity, community, purpose, and structure.
Transitioning from elite professional sport to starting at the bottom of the corporate world was incredibly challenging.
I had to overcome self doubt to work through those challenges to become a Partner at one of the world’s leading Real Estate consultancies.
After over 10 years of doing that, I took on the adversities of moving from the corporate world and now have my own Real Estate consultancy business.
Working through each new chapter in my life, gave me a deep, lived understanding of how major life transitions impact confidence, clarity, mental health, and balance.
Today, I use that experience to help others navigate their own moments of change and recovery.
I pride myself on my willingness to keep learning and growing and have completed a Foundation in Applied Behavioural Health & Recovery Coaching and gained a Diploma in Professional Coach – Mentoring, European Quality Award (EQA) at Practitioner Level.
Stage 1:
Initially we would meet for a consultation to discuss what it is that you want to achieve, explore how coaching will do that for you, and ensure we are well suited to work together.
Stage 2:
From then on, we will schedule regular coaching sessions tailored to your goals, providing structured support, accountability, and guidance to help you gain clarity, overcome challenges, and take confident steps toward your goals.
Together, we would work on creating structure, strengthening resilience and developing practical strategies that will support your day-to-day life.
